Looks like we'll be formally applying

I spoke with my friend last evening and he's fine with the Confederacy. I suspect he will play L'Dave McGraw, son of a Regis family retainer. At one point in time Bognor's father was in service to the French king and his retainer and good friend, xxxxxxxxx McGraw, married a French woman who returned with them to the Regis estate. The boys were born about the same time and were steadfast friends throughout their youth.

He and I will discuss it today and perhaps he will post to the recruitment board.
